Training that measures what a person can actually do.
Murch Research & Development Private Limited is a research company in Goa, India.
The company builds training a person learns by doing.
Immersive training teaches practical skill better than anything else, and almost nobody can afford to use it. Content is built by hand, scene by scene, which puts the cost of an hour of training beyond most budgets. Delivery assumes good hardware and a steady connection. And most systems record who finished a course and what they scored, not who can do the job.
The company builds training a person learns by doing. Someone takes part in a scene rather than reading about it. While they do, the system reads how they behave and works out what they can actually do. It then builds the next piece of training against that measure. It is engineered to run on the computers and handsets an organisation already owns, and to keep working when the connection drops.
Reading capability from behaviour
Working out what a person can do from how they act inside a session. Testing whether that measure still holds for people the model was not built on, and declining to score where it does not.
Building the next piece of training
Producing the next scene, the order of tasks and the questions from that measure. Checking that what comes out is correct in the right order, not merely believable.
Running on hardware people own
Splitting the work between the device and the server so the useful part runs locally. Reducing file sizes, and carrying on through an unreliable connection.
